TennCare has released participant commentary on its Technical Advisory Groups. In the January blog I elaborate on why its success can be contributed to Dr. Vaughn Frigon and his department’s strategy in implementation of the TAGs. I also discuss the features of the program and how their strength moves the program from design; to episode fundamentals making a broader impact on Tenncare spend; to potentially impacting all payment models, making TennCare a model for comprehensive healthcare reform.
